Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to participate in the 9th PULS Conference on Pulse Investigations in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, which is joined together with the 4th RKCM (Reaction Kinetics in Condensed Matter) meeting. The conference will take place in Lodz (Poland) from 2 to 7 September 2018.

The scope of PULS/RKCM-2018 is wide and covers both experimental and theoretical studies of kinetic processes in various systems. The conference topics include experimental techniques (electron accelerators, lasers, XFELs, et al.), studies of chemical reactions in various environments, studies of photophysical, biophysical, and biochemical processes, as well as theoretical issues related to the determining of reaction kinetics. The extended list of conference topics can be found here.

The conference will be hosted by the Lodz University of Technology – one of the best technical universities in Poland. Lodz is the third largest city in Poland and is renowned for its unique post-industrial character.

The conference is organized by the Institute of Applied Radiation Chemistry of the Lodz University of Technology, in collaboration with the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology in Warsaw, the Polish Radiation Research Society, the Society for Free Radical Research - Europe, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

We propose for this conference an attractive format and a rich scientific program. We warmly invite you to Lodz in September 2018.
